Romeo & Juliet

The design concept focused on reusing art to depict characters in new and intriguing ways. I aimed to capture the essence of these stories through collaged imagery of older paintings that reinterpret tales of love and loss. The William and Morris tapestries inspired this project. My goal for this piece was for the book cover to resemble a segment cut from a large tapestry that tells the story of Romeo & Juliet.
